Stantec Process Engineer (Wastewater) in Leeds, United Kingdom

Based from our Leeds office, you will join a hardworking team delivering a challenging capital programme for a variety of our clients. As a contributing member of our team of global experts, you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient engineering solutions for our clients and the communities around us.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide technical expertise and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams during the problem definition and optioneering phases of design projects

  • Design and optimisation of water and/or wastewater treatment processes

  • Identify opportunities for innovation to meet TOTEX and net-zero drivers.

  • Lead development of process design process deliverables such as process models, mass balances and P&IDs

  • Maintain Stantec’s high quality standards through our Quality Assurance process

About you

To be considered for this opportunity you must be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical or Process Engineering or other relevant subject with experience within the water industry. You must also be a member of a relevant engineering institution i.e. IChemE, CIWEM.

This is a chance to join a dynamic team in supporting the delivery of a variety of projects. You will also work closely with our clients on and off site. With the growth of our business there are many opportunities for you to grow across our expanded business lines.
