As our Integrated Operations Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our global operations strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Integrated Operations Planning, you will be instrumental in supporting our S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, utilizing data, analytics, and predictive models to drive performance objectives.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing, updating, and presenting standard S&OP information on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Identifying and communicating trends, risks, and insights based on capacity reviews

• Monitoring and measuring forecast accuracy and S&OP process compliance

• Assessing planning and scheduling processes within both tendering and order execution phases

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and adding value through lean problem-solving methodologies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education

• Over five years of experience in planning & scheduling or similar functions

• Understanding of engineered/pre-engineered products and manufacturing streams.

• Experience with Salesforce, Qlik applications, Microsoft Power Query/Excel, Microsoft Project, and ERP/SAP systems.

• A passion for working with large datasets and deriving insights

• Strong ability to build professional networks across global teams

• Capacity to work independently within a matrix organization

• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively

• Desire for process improvement using Lean methodologies
