Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong background in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive-level personnel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events and fundraising activities.
Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO's decision-making process.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, donors, and partners.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Experience with management software and event planning is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $41.00/hr.
