Position Details:

• This is a Corporate position. Hybrid - Monday and Friday. In office in Lebanon, TN, Tuesday- Thursday. No relocation available.

• Heavy emphasis on finance. Supporting the analytics team.

• Update forecast models to support the analytics team. Functions as a team member within the analytics department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. Drive financial analytics initiatives to inform business decisions.

Position Summary:

Actively contribute to the budgeting, forecasting and process improvement areas within the planning and analysis department. Responsible for updating forecast models, consolidating and reviewing budgets, preparing quarterly board presentations, implementing process improvement initiatives, and completing other ad hoc analyses as requested. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement process improvement initiatives such as budgeting and forecasting software tools and other financial and operational projects

• Consolidate and review segment and corporate budgets

• Prepare presentation

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

•Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business

• 4-6 years experience

• Strong experience in finance and analytics required

• Proven ability to lead and participate in financial planning processes
