Job Title: GNC EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced GNC Engineer to evaluate the GNC subsystem and assist in the early-stage design and assessments. This role requires extensive experience in control systems, navigation, algorithm development, and requirements development for the GNC subsystem.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the GNC subsystem.

• Participate in early-stage design and assessments.

• Develop and analyze control system and navigation algorithms.

• Perform requirements development for the GNC subsystem.

• Utilize Trick simulation software as a user.

• Conduct Monte-Carlo analysis.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of GNC Engineering experience (3 years acceptable for exceptional candidates).

• Proficiency in C and C++ programming (5+ years).

• Experience with Trick simulation software.

• Experience with Monte Carlo analysis.

• Experience in GNC subsystem design and development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace industry.

• Familiarity with NASA projects.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence at JSC from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
