Job Title: Construction Clean-Up Worker

Location: Maurice, IA

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $18-20hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Clean-Up Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety on our construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Remove debris, dust, and other waste materials from the construction site.

• Clean all surfaces, including windows, walls, floors, and ceilings.

• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to clean hard-to-reach areas and delicate materials.

• Regularly inspect the site to identify areas that need cleaning and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.

• Dispose of trash and other construction waste in accordance with local regulations.

• Perform final clean-up and polish in preparation for site handover, including wiping down fixtures, sweeping, and mopping floors.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours on your feet.

• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment and products.

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and other workers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
