TREASURY MANAGER - Multi-Site Industry Leader in Lawrenceville, GA
My client, a multi-site industry leader, is searching for a Treasury Manager to join their team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Treasury Manager role plays a crucial part in overseeing their treasury operations, processes, controls, and analysis. The Treasury Manager will work closely with various finance personnel, managing all aspects of cash management, treasury operations, payments, and banking relationships.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company's treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
Supervise cash management activities, including maintaining controls over cash and minimizing bank fees, to ensure cost-effective and efficient treasury systems.
Execute daily cash management functions such as wire transfers, ACH, information reporting, and investigate any exceptions as required.
Automate treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work on special projects as needed and provide back-up for other Corporate Treasury functions.
Act as a Treasury Subject Matter Expert on cross-functional teams for new business ventures, business process improvements, new/enhanced technology projects, and other integrations.
Manage staff effectively, from recruitment and selection to performance management, development, and recognition.
Continually identify, recommend, and implement improvements to treasury systems and banking platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
Experience with treasury management systems preferred.
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
A passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in an accessible manner.
Demonstrated success in effective recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
