We are in search of an experienced IT Director to join our team based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The selected individual will be tasked with overseeing a wide range of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and store/branch systems. This role is well-suited to a decisive leader with extensive experience in managing complex IT environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end leadership for a growing IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

• Lead the IT team in defining and implementing a comprehensive IT architecture post-acquisition.

• Oversee the migration of our existing ERP system to our chosen cloud platform.

• Manage the ongoing operations and optimization of our IT infrastructure and applications.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the store/branch systems.

• Employ strong understanding of cloud environments, ideally with experience in migrating to a single cloud platform.

• Handle IT operations across all facets, from infrastructure and applications to store/branch systems.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, AB Testing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Contracts.

• Ensure all deployments are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as IT Director or similar senior IT management position

• Proficient understanding of Cisco Technologies

• Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies including implementation and management

• Ability to manage and maintain a Database efficiently

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Experience with AB Testing and its practical applications

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies and their implementation

• Ability to handle Computer Hardware related issues

• Experience in managing Contracts and Deployments

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Strong knowledge of technological trends to build the company's strategy

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
