• Type : Full-Time; Temp to Direct hire ( opportunity for growth )

• Shift : Monday - Friday, 7:00AM -3:30PM ( 40/week )

• Location : Lawrenceville, GA 30043

• Pay : $20-24 per hour ( based on experience, paid weekly )

Your Role: As a CNC Machinist /Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating precision tools and dies that power industries, ensuring absolute accuracy in every cut. You'll set up and operate grinding machinery, make precise adjustments, and be a key player in our quality-driven culture.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, Schedule, and Execute: Set up equipment with precision measuring devices, attachments, and fixtures to maximize output.

• Grind with Precision: Shape tools and dies to exact dimensions, making precise cuts with advanced grinding technology.

• Master Measurements: Calculate dimensions, widths, and angles using micrometers, scales, and gauges, ensuring flawless accuracy.

• Wheel Expert: Remove, dress, and install grinding wheels while applying in-depth knowledge of abrasives and procedures.

The Skills We’re Looking For:

• Meticulous attention to quality and safety standards

• Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Expert blueprint and CAD drawing interpretation

• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools for quality control inspections

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new challenges

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 5+ years of CNC Machinist experience

• 3+ years of grinding experience

• Journeyman Certification & Amada machine experience a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
