Are you a motivated team player with strong communication skills and expertise in industrial maintenance? We are seeking a Maintenance Multi-Craft Lead to join our team, overseeing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal production performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts, participate in a team-oriented atmosphere, and maintain a safe working environment. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure production goals are met.

• Conduct preventative maintenance following manufacturer specifications.

• Utilize strong PLC and robotic knowledge to perform system repairs and upgrades.

• Maintain the building, repair equipment, and fabricate necessary components.

• Manage maintenance software programs to track repairs and equipment performance.

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, promoting teamwork and safety.

• Ensure compliance with quality systems, health and safety, and environmental legislation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, PLC, or Robotics preferred.

• 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience, with knowledge in PLC (OMRON/AB), robotics (Fanuc), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

• Preference for candidates with industrial electrician or millwright certification (442A or Red Seal).

• Experience with paint application systems is an asset.

• strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.

• WHMIS, Lock-out/Tag-out, Crane, and Lift Truck training required.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work in high-pressure situations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
