Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Project Manager to support our client in Lawrence, Kansas in a hybrid environment two days a week onsite. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of relevant Project Management experience and possess a strong, energetic personality. They should be highly communicative, showing initiative and comfort in asking questions. Assertiveness and the ability to drive conversations and decisions are key traits. The candidate should be well-versed in agile processes, particularly 2-week iterations, and proficient in using Git for version control. Experience in running retrospectives is essential, along with enough technical knowledge to effectively communicate with the development team. An understanding of development lifecycles, especially in the context of release management, is crucial. The focus will be on managing releases for an existing application, handling one project at a time. This role is looking to start ASAP.

Skills and Requirements

· 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager

· Ability to understand the Agile process, specifically two week iterations

· Experience using Git for version control

· Ability to understand technical terms and processes to communicate efficiently with development team

· Experience following development lifecycles

· Ability to operate independently with an all hands on deck perspective

· A strong and passionate personality with the will to drive initiatives and take control when need be · Experience working on an educational application null
