Cardinal Health Warehouse Specialist, Cell & Gene/Freezer in LaVergne, Tennessee
What is Our Goal?
To be the preferred partner in providing third-party logistics services and direct distribution to manufacturers of branded, specialty, and generic products from the point of manufacturer to the point of delivery in the supply chain. Working in a freezer and refrigeration environment.

Schedule: Mon. - Thur., 7:00am to 5:30pm (Subject to change. Overtime per business needs.)
Expectations for this position
Perform critical tasks at a high level of accuracy regarding client and operational needs and requirements.
Will be required to be on-call and available at times, will be rotated amongst the team as staffing/workload allows.
Will work overtime as needed.
Work in a -20C freezer environment utilizing required PPE.
Will be responsible for performing receiving, pick/pack/QC, inventory control, order processing, and shipping functions.
Generate and maintain critical documentation for reporting purposes.
Maintain effective business relationships with customers and operations departments.
Work independently on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues.
Manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
Understand and follow work rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
Build trust and camaraderie between external and internal customers.
Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals, completing essential changes, and impacting positive outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and pro-active/self-starter mindset.
Certification on all necessary MHE required.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Some college/college degree preferred, but not necessary.
3 years minimum warehouse operations experience required.
Organizational and time-management skills with excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Excellent understanding of all warehouse operations policy and procedures.
Solid computer skills; (warehouse management systems such as Elite, SAP, PKMS, etc.)
Decision-making capabilities.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Word) experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a position that requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching with ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
MHE experience is a plus.
Anticipated hourly range: $25.00 per hour - $31.60 per hour
