Ability to estimate repair | | | costs with detailed description | | | on parts * | | | | | | *7. Ability to communicate both | | | verbally and in writing * | | | | | | *8. Possess skills to develop | | | interpersonal relationships with | | | customers, peers and | | | administrative personnel * | | | | | | *9.
