GENERAL FUNCTION: Create a comfortable environment for patients and members through prompt and courteous service with positive and professional attitude. Providing correct information with accurate documentation. This includes answering the phone and directing calls as appropriate. JOB DUTIES: -Register Members accurately and timely. -Perform front desk check in. -Performing all membership billing duties. -Accurately scheduling Personal training, childcare, members and massage. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions. -Basic computer skills CONTACTS: -Within organizationCall departments -Outside organizationCinsurance companies, physician=s offices, nursing homes, patient employers, vocational rehabilitation, and welfare department.
