General Summary
TheStudent Intern – Contracts Administrationwill learn principles of contracts management and administration. The intern willperform administrative contract support tasks for pipeline maintenance and repair contractswithin the Utility Services Dept.
Essential Functions
Assist with preparing sewer house connection renewals
Conduct work site pre-inspections, review bypass plans, collect pertinent data related to the specific repair and maintenance of water system.
Prepare written and verbal reports.
Other Functions
Perform other duties, as assigned

Primarily field work and some office work in a business casual setting
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use MS Office applications
Minimum Education, Experience Requirements
College student interested in learning contracts administration
Additional Requirements
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Preferences
Student pursing degree in contracts, business administration or public administration
