What you’ll do: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to join our team and use advanced technologies to drive transformation in mission-critical services. As a key member of our technical team, you will develop solutions that incorporate AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, and multi-cloud environments. You will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise architecture, collaborating with both business and technical teams, and ensuring that systems meet business requirements, performance, and security standards. Location: This is a Hybrid role, based out of Laurel, Maryland 20707. Responsibilities: Mobile Development: Develop and support mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring compatibility, performance, and functionality. Web Application Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using React.js, Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap for responsive design. Backend and Web Services: Develop and maintain backend systems using Java (J2EE, JSF) and implement web services in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to ensure smooth integration with various applications and databases. Database Management: Work with Oracle Database 19c and higher and MS-SQL Server to design, implement, and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Integration with Automation Tools: Utilize UiPath for robotic process automation (RPA) and integrate Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. SharePoint and Oracle APEX: Provide support and development for applications in SharePoint and Oracle APEX to enhance collaboration and reporting capabilities within the organization. Development and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues in the development lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. VM Environment: Operate and develop within a VMware environment to maintain flexibility and compatibility with existing systems. Remote Access: Support remote access technology solutions, including tools like NetMotion, ensuring secure access to applications and systems for remote users. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Ten (10) years of professional job-related experience or eight (8) years with an advanced degree. Proven experience (5+ years) in mobile app development for iOS and Android using respective development environments. Proficiency in React.js, Java (J2EE, JSF), Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap. Experience working with Oracle Database (version 19c or higher) and MS-SQL Server. Strong understanding of web services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps for business automation and process optimization. Familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle APEX for enterprise collaboration and application development. Experience in a VMware virtualized environment. Knowledge of remote access solutions like NetMotion. Preferred: Experience with utilities applications. Experience with the folllowing: AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, FileNet, Oracle Utilities Suite, and Multi-cloud environments. Oracle certifications. experience in robotic process automation (RPA). Clearance: The ability to pass a background check is required.
