What you’ll do: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and use advanced technologies to drive transformation in mission-critical services. As a key member of our technical team, you will architect solutions that incorporate AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, and multi-cloud environments. You will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise architecture, collaborating with both business and technical teams, and ensuring that systems meet business requirements, performance, and security standards. Location: This is a Hybrid role, based out of Laurel, Maryland 20707. Responsibilities: Analyzes program and project requirements to collaboratively define program and project scope, goals, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, to support WSSC Water priorities and business goals. Defines project success and acceptance criteria and approvals, communicating them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. Develops, maintains, revises, and distributes comprehensive project management plans for assigned IT programs, projects and initiatives, accounting for internal and external dependencies and resource and schedule constraints. Plans and develops full-scale project plans, schedules and milestones using technical tools. Establishes and implements program and project communication plans and deliverables. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths. Establishes, manages, and effectively communicates project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a prompt, intuitive manner. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifying risks and devising mitigation and contingency plans. Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. Leads, coaches, and motivates project team members and contracted personnel, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Tracks, validates and reports status of project milestones and deliverables to project, business, and senior-leadership stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Project Management or a relate Experience: Six (6) years’ experience managing all phases of large complex IT projects including design, budgets, risk assessment and mitigation. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices, with practical application to project management across all phases. Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Advanced skills with Microsoft Project 2010 or above. Analyze project design and performance, finding dependencies, risks, critical paths, and required resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including status reports, project summaries, scoping documents, and lessons learned. Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, requirements, schedules, and costs. Collaborate with various teams and lead meetings to develop comprehensive project plans. Identify project goals, set timelines, and develop detailed plans covering schedules, budgets, and team member roles. Manage diverse project teams to ensure task completion and gather/document all project artifacts. Ability to prepare and present to senior management and large groups. Exceptional communication skills to manage complex projects and deliverables effectively. Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Experience with utilities applications. Experience with any of the following: AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, FileNet, Oracle Utilities Suite, and Multi-cloud environments. Clearance: The ability to pass a background check is required.
