SUMMARY: The Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining control over all materials. They assist in unloading inbound freight, fill daily inventory requisitions, and maintain safe work areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issues stock of all materials and provides delivery to office locations throughout the property.
- Loads and unloads freight from vendor vehicles.
- Maintains physical control over all warehouse areas.
- Stocks all par stock items in their proper areas and locations.
- Handles weekly cycle counts of stock inventories in support of inventory control staff.
- Cross training in records storage, vending, recycle materials support and remodels.
- Maintains good housekeeping of all areas under direct warehouse control.
- Must be available for scheduled work.
- Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.
