Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years food service experience and previous supervisory experience preferred. Understanding of basic accounting procedures and reports; budgetary skills preferred. Ability to multi task whenever needed, have the ability to adjust to the changing pace of the guest flow. Computer literate Knowledge of the following computer programs: Microsoft office, Info genesis POS system. Shifts and days off may vary according to business levels. Maintain current food handler and Alcohol Awareness card. Must be 21 years of age or older.
