Job Title: Production Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a warehouse or production environment. This role involves maneuvering empty kegs on and off the racking line, tagging and labeling incoming products, and ensuring the proper placement for shipping. The position requires the ability to bend and lift up to 100 pounds routinely, with assistance for anything over 50 pounds. You will work alongside 3-4 team members to keep the keg line moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Tag and label incoming products and place them in the proper area for shipping.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of warehouse or production experience.

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in material handling, warehouse work, heavy lifting, production work, shipping, receiving, and inventory.

  • No certifications or medical screening required.

This is a 4-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity for the Racker role. After the contract period, there is a significant pay increase, with further increases within the first two years. For those in the cleaner role, there is an excellent Monday to Friday shift, with opportunities to move into production or racking roles based on performance.

Work Environment

You will be working in a large warehouse facility equipped with two manufacturing/batch-making machines. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, hair and beard nets, hearing protection (such as ear plugs), and a hard hat. The shift is from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday night through Saturday morning, typically resulting in a 6-day work week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
