Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: PA, Latrobe

Pay Range: $30 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Team Leadership : Actively manage and lead maintenance technicians by delegating and prioritizing tasks while working alongside them to complete projects. Train the team in safety procedures and proper equipment use, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Foster team development through hands-on leadership.

• Maintenance Operations : Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems within the plant to ensure operational efficiency. Regularly observe equipment to detect malfunctions and diagnose problems.

• Preventative Maintenance : Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements. Ensure all machinery is regularly cleaned, lubricated, and properly maintained.

• Technical Proficiency : Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Evaluate equipment needs and performance, preparing maintenance plans and proposals.

• Work Flexibility : Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

• Ability to train, coach, and supervise employees.
