What you will be doing:

Johnson & Johnson's Business Excellence team is engaged in activities and projects aimed at increasing quality, productivity and efficiency to achieve long-term cost goals. The team focuses on improving the efficiency of all business areas through the implementation of data analysis and visualization systems, the integration of cutting-edge technological and organizational solutions, and problem-solving activities that ensure as the ultimate goal flawless safety, quality, and efficiency in drug manufacturing, with a major impact on the health of patients worldwide.

You will have the chance to participate in projects maintaining a periodical alignment and interact with different departments thinking to the design of new solutions with them aimed to improve processes, as well as, from a technology standpoint, to create model of specific metric for reliability of all business process. All of that according to lean manufacturing and data analytics principles.

It is therefore a particularly emerging role, flawless for those who want to be ahead of the market of data analytics, entering a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on data gathering coming from equipment, systems and process, data conditioning, data mining, and modeling, in order to allows real-time performance analysis and therefore predictive performance management.

What impact you will also have:

  • production data analysis;

  • statistic model design and use;

  • participate and evaluate optimization projects.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics and other similar sciences;

  • Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique;

  • Knowledge of data analysis, basic statistic tools;

  • Ability to experiment with models;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;

  • Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above).

Other qualifications that will be considered as a nice to have:

  • Previous knowledge of basis of GMP is considered preferred requirement;

  • Knowledge of MS Excel is considered preferred requirement;

  • Knowledge of SAP is considered preferred requirement;

  • Usage of data aggregation suite like MS Power BI or Tableau are considered a nice to have requirement.
