Pizza Success LLC Mediterranean Chef in Latham, New York
Mediterranean Chef: Pizza Success LLC (Latham, NY) seeks Mediterranean Chef to prepare, design and implement authentic Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Dishes would include items such as Mediterranean style gyro and marinated sea bass cold dish. Instruct culinary staff in Mediterranean food preparation and service. Develop new items for the restaurant’s Mediterranean menu. Evaluate guest feedback and reviews to assess customer preferences and determine modifications to menu, as needed. Ensure consistent quality for Mediterranean food prepared and served to customers. Inspect and maintain supplies, equipment, and work areas, and monitor, forecast and determine supplies and ingredients needed for Mediterranean menu items. Ensure adherence to proper health/safety and sanitation guidelines. Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in the preparation of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Salary offered: $67,059.
