Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D1256000 and is part of the LOGISTICS, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-9, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on and/or improving maintenance management operations and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted Only GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management. Must have experience with work involving studying, analyzing, and evaluating maintenance procedures to make recommendations for improvement. Must have experience analyzing maintenance capabilities, production effectiveness, equipment reliability, and determines deficient areas and trends. Must have experience planning and carrying out projects; study, analyze, and evaluate maintenance procedures; and make recommendations for improvement. Education If you are using education to qualify for this position, master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to .such a degree. You must provide Official Transcripts as documentation to support your educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
