We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic real estate investment team in Summerlin, Las Vegas. Our company is growing rapidly, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative and upbeat work environment. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Accountants in preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports.

• Record monthly journal entries for accrual and cash basis books.

• Maintain accounting workpapers for balance sheet accounts.

• Review third-party monthly financial reports.

• Assist in processing investor distributions.

• Assist in year-end 1099 and tax packets to investors.

Skills

• Month-End Close (2 years of experience is required)

• Journal Entries (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounting Degree (4 years of experience is required)

• Property Management (1 year of experience is preferred)
