IGT is seeking a talented Sr. Manager of Order Management to lead within our Las Vegas logistics hub, overseeing the coordination and optimization of global order management and installation scheduling processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Finance—to ensure accurate order configuration, pricing, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory and SOX standards. You will be recognized as an operating and procedural leader, responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, driving process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage a team, tackle complex operational challenges, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance, contributing to IGT’s financial and operational goals.

  • Oversee all aspects of product configuration, pricing, sales orders, contract management, delivery, shipping, and installation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and enhance performance metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Ensure financial and operational goals, such as order processing timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency, are achieved or supported.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to develop new processes and procedures for products, systems, and other initiatives impacting the Global Order Management department.

  • Convert short-term operating goals into actionable processes and assignments for the Global Order Management department, ensuring alignment with related departments.

  • Manage all parts and conversion orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

  • Oversee the team responsible for scheduling all installations in North America to meet revenue targets and project deadlines.

  • Resolve issues related to pricing, special order configurations, jurisdictional requirements, part shortages, and obsolete parts while working with IGT global gaming partners.

  • Resolve escalated order administration issues from your team and coordinate with senior management to address highly complex operational challenges.

  • Conduct performance reviews, set annual goals, recommend compensation adjustments, and create short-term career development plans for team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in order management or a related field; 15 years preferred.

  • Strong expertise in IGT’s sales order processes, production operations, and workflows.

  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.

  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and tools to manage data and workflows.

  • Advanced knowledge and skills in:

  • Machine and/or system product configuration

  • SAP experience

  • Microsoft Office

  • Reading and interpreting regulatory and technical documentation

  • Cross-functional communication and consensus building

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538/yr - $220,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
