Overview
The Security Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director, Security & Risk.
The Security Administrative Coordinator Engineer is an integral part of the Security & Risk team. The Security Administrative Coordinator oversees the general administration of IGT’s global Security & Risk infrastructure. They will work to ensure the Security infrastructure is maintained through collaboration with internal departments as well as outside vendor relationships. They are responsible for assisting with management of outside security vendors.
Responsibilities
Coordinates purchase requestions and purchase orders for Security & Risk
Code and pay invoices for all global accounts
Tracking of purchasing card submissions and invoices
Coordinates check requests to pay vendors
Quarterly vendor account reconciliations
Assists with coordinating travel and associated expense reporting for Security & Risk management
Extensive communication with Accounts Payable teams to support our financial structures
Oversees new vendor paperwork and assist vendors with profile changes
Processes gaming license packages for all Security officers
Gather data and create quarterly metric reports
Coordinate shipping security equipment globally
Send out bi-weekly supervisor’s meeting agenda and take minutes

Order all office supplies for Security & Risk team
Submit tickets for new hire access needs
Maintain organizational chart and emergency phone lists for Security & Risk
Maintain and update data on internal Security intranet sites
Oversee other special projects and strategic initiatives that Security and Risk becomes involved with
Potential to perform additional duties as requested
Qualifications
Graduation from High School or equivalent, plus five (5) years' experience in a field related to the job.
Any combination of education and/or work experience will substitute for minimum qualifications

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $35,610 - $93,424. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
