**SUMMARY: As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and customer account management, retention and ensuring customer needs are continually met, through exceptional service and care. You will analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for additional services, new facilities, and educate them on the best solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Additionally, seeking new opportunities and customers, through referrals from existing customer base, networking and cold calling. Responsibilities also include, assisting the customer through the entire process, from design, contracts, ensuring installation satisfaction and training new users. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions will be essential in this role.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of proven business-to-business sales experience
  • Post-secondary education desirable, equivalent work experience
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to learn and become well-versed in product knowledge.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to obtain a Sheriff's License in Nevada.
  • Ability to pass all background checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Provide exceptional customer service through personalized communication and support.

Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Recommend and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

Educate customers on current and latest offerings.

Suggest enhancements to improve customer security systems solutions.
