Resideo ProAV Broadcast Sales Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada
ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Broadcast Business Development manager who will be tasked to help grow and develop the Broadcast business and maintain the relationships with our resellers and Broadcast Manufactures.

What You Will Do:
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets for specific manufactures.
Pursue leads and develop long-term strategic plans that support our resellers for increased revenue and brand loyalty.
Assess ADIs target markets and develop strategies to gain new clients.
Collaborate with the sales team and stores to ensure that they meet all client requirements.
Maintain relationships with current clients as well as current manufactures.
Identify new prospects within the industry and prepare detailed sales presentations.
Travel independently as well as with regional sales team members to meet with clients.
MUST HAVE:
3-5+ years of Outside Sales experience
AV industry experience
Skills in Strategic planning, Organization, Presentation, Communication.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
WE VALUE:
Established relationships with Branch Managers and Regional Account Specialists
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong listening and attention to detail skills
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce experience
Proven ability to cold call customers to obtain new business
Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership, work well with little to no supervision, be results-driven, self-motivated
Experience negotiating with key stakeholders at leading enterprise companies
