A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Standing on feet

Shifts Available (start and end times will vary):

Openers: 5am - 12pm

Mid Shift: 10am - 4pm

Closers: 2pm - 10:30pm

Requirements

  • Arrives on time

  • Can foresee problems before they occur

  • A leader and role model for the employees

  • Minimum 3 Year Restaurant management experience required

  • Must have 24/7 Availability and Full P&L Responsibilities

  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills, must be able to build and lead a team
