TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract onsite in the Las Vegas Area. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.

  • Investigate and mitigate potential fraud using internal tools and procedures.

  • Moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Exercise excellent judgment in identifying and escalating critical issues.

  • Troubleshoot a wide range of customer issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Clearly explain complex procedures and technical details to customers.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on company products and services.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company with a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and compliance standards is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism.

  • Experience in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques is a plus.

  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, passion for exceeding customer expectations, and a desire to learn and grow.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay: $19.50 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
