Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Description

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading the field team by ensuring quality, environmental compliance, and adherence to construction plans through effective communication and daily fieldwork coordination. This role involves daily interaction with on-site personnel, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Additionally, you will oversee project document management, coordinate Quality Assurance Audits with third parties and EPC, and perform periodic inspections of Owner-supplied materials.

  • Ability to review various EPC design deliverables for the site, gen-tie alignment, and integration documents

  • Recognizing and mitigating risks in contracts, technical specs, and operations

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to foster cooperative relationships with all on-site Client/Partner and Contractor representatives

  • Ability to manage ECM and CIC for communication, tasks, and document interpretation

  • Ability to coordinate with HV Project/Construction Manager EPCM support personnel to ensure clean transitions between scopes

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Work Environment

Expect a full-time role that requires 40-50 hours per week, with the possibility of weekend work or extended hours when catching up to the project schedule is necessary. This role requires significant time in the field, ensuring that the Project standards are met. You'll be equipped with a work phone to facilitate seamless communication.
