The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the Outlets Team at the award-winning Las Vegas property!

Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will overseeingZen and In Room Dining, managing a staff of 50 Team Members, anAssistant Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor. You will report directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior Restaurant Management and strong beverage knowledge. Prior experience managing a unionized work environment is preferred for this role.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for Food and Beverage hourly team members
• Train, develop, evaluate and schedule team members.
• Performs administrative duties such as, scheduling, payroll, labor management, purchasing and inventory control
• Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
• Communicate all group information/changes to appropriate hotel team members in an accurate and timely manner

• Coordinate all aspects of service to include but not limited to:

• Food and beverage requirements

• Timing of events
• Special attention guests
• Table setup
• Special requests
• Complimentary desserts, drinks, etc.
• Billing instructions

• Authorized signatures

• Other reasonable work related duties
