We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a gaming company. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid background in B2B transactions, collections, and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in a fast-paced industry. Familiarity with NetSuite is highly preferred.

salary: $25 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Handle and process up to 300 invoices per month efficiently and accurately.

• Collections: Conduct B2B collections calls and follow-ups to resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining positive client relationships.

• Month-End/Year-End Close: Assist in preparing reconciliations and reports for month-end and year-end close processes.

• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable balances, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Customer Account Management: Monitor aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and implement appropriate collection strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth AR operations.

• Software Utilization: Utilize NetSuite (preferred)
