We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The primary function of this role is to manage customer accounts, process applications, and maintain accurate records. This position is integral to the smooth operation of our team in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records

• Manage the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to ensure all financial data is correct

• Handle accounts payable (AP) activities, ensuring all payments are made on time

• Manage accounts receivable (AR), keeping track of all incoming payments

• Proactively resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed

• Use your skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing to carry out tasks effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and best practices

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
