Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Las Cruces, New Mexico

Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in LAS CRUCES, New Mexico. This role is part of the telecom industry and will involve working remotely. This is a contract role where you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing customer service and data entry, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict confidentiality and adhere to high data protection standards in all operations.

• Have a strong understanding of program guidelines and federal privacy regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

• Show proficiency in completing work tasks with detail and accuracy.

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Work independently from a remote location and exhibit extensive computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite.

• Conduct informative and engaging training sessions in small and large group settings.

• Maintain a reliable mode of transport.

• Experience in marketing and outreach services is beneficial.

• Experience in handling housing services applications would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Correspondence, C-Suite, Customer Service, and Data Entry. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must have Covid vaccine

• Experience with Management System and About Time software

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with C-Suite executives

• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in professional correspondence

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
