Are you a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional looking for your next career opportunity? Randstad Staffing is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a dynamic team in Largo, FL. This role is perfect for an experienced accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple financial functions.

salary: $26.55 - $37 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Prepares journal entries, account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis for assigned general ledger accounts

• Prepare and complete bank reconciliations.

• Prepare fixed asset and depreciation schedules

• Record Payroll/401K/Insurance Entries

• Manage Escheatment reporting in accordance with state guidelines •

• Monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts •

• Record tax payments and submit state tax returns to agreed schedule

• Review and process car reimbursements.

• Maintain credit card matrix.

• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and schedules.

• Assists Accounts Payable as required

• Directly support / backup internal customer experience for motus, credit card, concur expenses, UPS, and supplies.

• Manage prepaid expense schedule

• Prepare and manage the Sales Bonus Accrual Postings

• Assist in the preparation of the monthly CEO report and financial management budget reports

Skills

• Chartered Accountant

• Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)

• Certified Management Accountant

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 3 years

• Experience level: Experienced
