Title: Manager Billing and Collections - Home Care

Facility: BayCare Home Care Largo

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of the Billing, Collection, Document Tracking/Retrieval and Scanning Teams.

• Responsible for the ongoing communication with the Home Health offices regarding billing and collection trends, physician document issues, process review and changes, as needed.

• This position requires staying current on all new Medicare billing/reimbursement changes as well as developing new workflow and processes needed to maintain existing KPl's.

Education:

• Required - High School or Equivalent

• Preferred - Associates in related field

Experience:

• Required - 5 years billing or collections
