Deployed Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated Clinicians to join our team in Laredo, TX, on an on-call hourly basis, supporting a newly awarded contract focused on children facing significant challenges to their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
Role Overview:
As an On-Call Clinician, youll provide critical supervision and guidance to a team of experienced clinicians, conduct clinical evaluations, and deliver trauma-informed care to children and families. This hourly position offers flexibility to accommodate varying schedules while maintaining a meaningful impact.
Must-Haves:
- Educational Background: Masters degree in behavioral health or related field.
- Licensure: Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctoral-level psychologist (LP) licensed in Texas.
- Experience: 2 years of working experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, performing clinical evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S., able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS), and pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check upon receiving a conditional job offer.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Training in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and psychological distress management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
