I. Basic Purpose of the Job

Oversee all recruiting activities of his/her assigned accounts

II. Reporting Relationship

The position reports to the HR Manager

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants.

• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidates' profiles.

• Maintain and update the candidate's database

• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.

• Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status.

• Support the HR Team with onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed
