Responsibilities:

• Sustain a high-volume Semiconductor manufacturing line at a superior level of performance regarding quality, cycle time, yield, output, and costs.

• Determine process approaches and parameters.

• Initiate and drive process yield/capability improvements.

• Maintain high-quality documentation on all products, processes, and procedures.

• Establish process controls for new products and key processes

• Propose, review, and evaluate processes.

• Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.

• Design and conduct independent experiments or tests.

• Perform visual/mechanical failure and defect analysis.

• Define problems and objectives, develop approaches, analyze results, and provide recommendations.

• Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.

• Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.

• Qualify and evaluate new materials.
