Pearl Interactive Network Triage Supervisor in Lansing, Michigan
Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire a Remote Triage Call Center Supervisor.
The Triage Call Center Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight, including benching cases with staff, auditing to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies, and conducting daily rounds.

Operating Hours: 12 pm - 10:30 pm EST, Wednesday - Saturday

Job Duties:
Facilitate and participate in staff training.
Acts as a liaison with internal departments. Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Participate in staff meetings and clinical conferences.
Ensure performance guarantees are met or exceeded. Interface with external and internal customers to ensure optimal efficiency of service.
Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in mental health or Nursing with related psychiatric nursing experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of behavioral healthcare experience and a minimum of 3 years of managed care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Active, unrestricted license in a mental health field such as an LCSW, MHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LBS, etc.
Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services. Behavioral health experience preferred
1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Military spouse or family member experience in a military community is highly desirable
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comply with all HIPAA Compliance regulations
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
