Job Description

An Insight Global customer is in need of hiring a Software Developer. The right individual for this role will have strong experience with NICE CXOne Contact Center Software and ability to program in a variety of backend and scripting languages: Java, C++, C# and Python. This role will be 50% technical work and 50% meetings with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders related to the projects being supported. This individual can sit remotely if necessary, relocation would be preferred. The shift for this role is M-F 8am-5pm.

Compensation:

$60/hr to $73/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years experience as a Software Developer

- 3+ years of experience working with NICE Studio

- Software package for this role is NICE InContact CXOne

- Ability to program in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python

- Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API

- Must be able to work well with internal stakeholders and communicate efficiently and effectively - Live within one hour of Lansing, MI

- NICE CXOne Certified null
