The Ridge of Lansing Maintenance Technician in Lansing, Michigan
The maintenance technician is responsible for daily duties and projects. Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Review and perform tasks listed on the Maintenance Log with list of requested and completed repairs daily.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedule.
- assists with refurbishment of resident apartments as they become vacant.
- Clean carpets and furniture as requested.
- Repair drywall and touch up paint as needed.
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
- Perform other duties as assigned.
