Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for machine repair and preventative maintenance within a manufacturing facility. Your day begins with a printout of preventative maintenance tasks that need completion. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot and repair machinery as calls come in from team leads about equipment breakdowns. You will also be responsible for logging all maintenance activities in the maintenance reporting system.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lansing, Michigan.

Work Environment

The role operates in a JIT facility within a union environment, focusing on suspension systems assembly and sequencing. The team includes approximately 7-9 Maintenance Technicians. Shifts available are 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30pm-6:45am), including one weekend day with an expectation of 48 hours per week.
