Your role in our future
The Contract and Billing Solutions Specialist is a subject matter expert in contract functionality and billing solutions across various platforms. This role provides vital support to the organization, offering guidance on operational controls, new product assessments, and testing for contract and subscription system changes.
Document, assess, and resolve contract and billing issues for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Restructure accounts and contracts to support specialty billing arrangements.
Update and manage contract and billing parameters in core systems, including Oracle ERP.
Process contract cancellations, revisions, and re-billings as required.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in daily and monthly billing reports.
Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure accurate invoicing across multiple platforms (e.g., EDI, Oracle, Pro-Forma).
Support customer onboarding for specialty billing arrangements and track payment trends.
Assist with user acceptance testing for contract and subscription systems.
Analyze and resolve issues in the order-to-cash and subscription-to-invoice cycles.
Be flexible to work overtime as needed and contribute to special projects.
Your profile
High School Diploma.
Experience in contract management, billing, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This position has an hourly pay range of:
$24.09-$36.11
