The Department Manager 14 position oversees the daily operations for the Sales, Use and Withholding Unit.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- The accurate and efficient review and validation of Sales, Use and Withholding tax filings.
- Forecasting and establishing multiple production goals for tax processing and call center staff.
- Identification and coordination of training needs for a staff of 35+ dedicated staff.
- Direct oversight and leadership for Supervisors, Analyst and Technician experts.
