Adjunct Positions are filled by semester on an as needed basis. Applicants in this applicant pool are reviewed when the department has an immediate need to fill a vacancy.  Review of applications will then stop for the semester once the vacancy has been filled.

Heavy Equipment Repair instructors must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate knowledge of specific technical skills with heavy mobile equipment in a lab and classroom environment to a diverse student population. The ability to adjust instructional techniques as required by student's learning style, maintain a positive learning environment, and collaborate with learners and peers in order to establish a positive and collaborative learning environment are very important. Basic computer skills are a must. Classes may be scheduled during daytime and/or evening hours.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
