Summary:
The Senior Residential Field Sales Representatives (SRFSR) is responsible for direct residential sales in designated, serviceable areas to maximize penetration. The SRFSR will provide customers with a suite of products and services tailored to meet the customer needs. The SRFSR will also assist with the teaching, training and mentoring other members of the residential sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Sells WOW! High Speed Broadband Services and bundled services to residential customers in serviceable areas
Effectively manage and prioritize schedules to consistently meet or exceed department sales standards. Drives to the assigned area for purposes of knocking doors of non-WOW! customers identified by routing sheets.
Describes and demonstrates the features, benefits, and value of WOW! product offerings, services, and billing procedures in the field.
Exceeds company-established homes passed objectives, prospects, closing standards, and bundling objectives.
Completes sales order forms, documents, and reports as required in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedules customer installations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identifies special wiring or hardware needs in order to ensure timely and efficient installations for our customers.
Mentoring employees through hands on field sales training. This includes teaching necessary sales behaviors and shadowing new hires in the field.
Provide operational support to the team. May be called upon to back up Supervisor as needed
Participates in the development and implementation of the business strategy.
Works independently to achieve daily, weekly and monthly expectations and takes feedback from leadership and team to sharpen skills and efficiencies.
Responsible for representing the company at community events and other brand awareness opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma/GED is required. College degree in sales, marketing or business preferred.
Experience/Skills Needed:
Three years of professional sales experience is preferred, preferably in the communications or technology industry or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Ability to articulate and communicate to internal and external customers.
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong verbal, written interpersonal, and listening skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Ability to work on personal initiative and meet strict deadlines and sales objectives
Ability to self-motivate
