Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, with a focus on PLCs and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with PLCs, automated machinery, and equipment.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and prevent breakdowns.

• Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

• Replace broken or malfunctioning components such as gears, bearings, and valves.

• Assist in the installation and upgrading of automated systems and machinery.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Essential Skills

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PLC programming, or other industry-specific credentials.

• Experience maintaining injection mold machinery is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $68000.00

Company offers good benefits including but not limited to medical benefits, medical insurance, retirement, PTO, sick time, vacation time, dental benefits, vision benefits, etc.

This is a fully onsite position in Lanett,AL.
