Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, with a focus on PLCs and automated systems.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair issues with PLCs, automated machinery, and equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and prevent breakdowns.
Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Replace broken or malfunctioning components such as gears, bearings, and valves.
Assist in the installation and upgrading of automated systems and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PLC programming, or other industry-specific credentials.
Experience maintaining injection mold machinery is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $68000.00
